Student Payment Options


Navarro College is here to help you navigate the financial obligations of college. Currently, Navarro College does not accept student payments by phone. Please use any of the following payment options below. 

 

PERSONAL FUNDS


TO PAY ONLINE: Pay online at the Navarro College Self-Service with a credit card. A non-refundable enrollment fee of $3.00 will be charged and retained by Nelnet Campus Commerce (our online payment processor) for use of this service. Payment must be made by the payment deadline or your registration may be canceled due to non-payment.  

 

HOW TO PAY ONLINE

1. Go to MyNC.NavarroCollege.edu

2. Select Self Service

3. Select Student Finance

4. Select the Pay Tuition and Fees link under "Helpful Links" column on the right side of screen.

 

CHANGES TO NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

PAYMENT PLAN (INSTALLMENT PLAN)

Enroll in a payment plan at NC. Make college more affordable by tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There's no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it's easy to enroll.  Go to SelfService.NavarroCollege.edu, select Student Finance, My Payment Plan and Proceed to Processor.  Payment plans are available until the last day of enrollment payment setup. FINANCIAL AID

Tuition and fees are automatically deducted from your financial aid awards.  You are responsible for paying any remaining tuition and fees. Apply for Financial Aid

View your award letter on MyNC. Satisfy all requirements to receive financial aid, and verify the aid is available, before the first day of class. Any balance remaining after aid is applied is due before the first day of class.  Learn more about accessing your financial aid award

 

THIRD-PARTY SPONSORSHIPS

Third-party sponsored billing is a billing method by which agencies outside the College establishes direct invoicing and payment (full or partial) on behalf of the student. Students are liable for all charges if a sponsor(s) does not pay.  To initiate the process, the student must provide the sponsor's letter to the Cashier's Office.

 

VETERAN'S BENEFITS

Contact the Navarro College Veterans Certifiying Officer before each semester begins and after registration has been completed. Visit the NC Veterans Benefits site for more information.

 

SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships are private monies that are made available to students from various local community groups, corporate donors, and the College. They are forms of gift aid that does not need to be repaid or earned through employment.  Tuition and fees are automatically deducted from your financial aid awards and you are responsible for paying any remaining tuition and fees.  Apply for Scholarships

 

Information about scholarship awards. If you have been awarded a scholarship through a source other than Navarro College, you will need to inform the Financial Aid Office of your award. Questions about the process of reporting and receiving your scholarship can be directed at (903) 875-7400.
